Environmental responsibility
In the electronics manufacturing industry, environmental responsibility is an essential element of professional management, not just an add-on. PCB manufacturing and SMT/THT assembly require energy, water, materials, and proper waste management. Therefore, we implement solutions that streamline processes, mitigate risks, and increase transparency: we utilize solar energy, control wastewater, supervise waste storage, and hand it over to specialized waste management companies. In parallel, we are implementing the ISO 14001:2015 standard.
Solar panels
We use solar panels as a practical element of energy management in our facility. This renewable energy source helps reduce the environmental impact of our operations and strengthens operational stability. We treat this solution in a process-oriented manner – much like quality control in PCB manufacturing and SMT/THT assembly. It is part of our long-term approach to resource efficiency and infrastructure investments. It also supports our clients’ expectations regarding a responsible supply chain. We act pragmatically, not just declaratively.
In-house wastewater treatment plant and wastewater analysis
We operate our own wastewater treatment plant and conduct quarterly wastewater analyses in an accredited laboratory. We combine our infrastructure with regular, independent supervision to maintain process predictability and compliance. The test results serve as the basis for corrective actions and continuous improvement, similar to measurements in electronics quality control. This allows us to minimize environmental and operational risks while enhancing transparency. We also maintain organized documentation for audits and business partners. This is a standard we consistently uphold.
Waste storage supervision system
We have implemented a supervision system for the storage of post-production waste. Waste is segregated, identified, and stored in designated areas according to established rules, which reduces environmental risks and keeps the process highly organized. This supervision covers the monitoring of the waste flow from the moment of generation until it is handed over for collection. Such an approach reduces the risk of errors and mixing waste fractions, makes it easier to maintain order in the production hall, and supports audit requirements. This guarantees greater control over the entire process.
Waste collection and management by a specialized company
All post-production waste is handed over to a specialized company dealing with waste management and disposal. This ensures professional handling at the final stage of the process and reduces risks associated with improper waste treatment. This cooperation model aligns with our waste storage supervision and supports compliance across the supply chain. Thanks to this, waste is managed in an organized and predictable manner, providing our clients with additional confirmation of our operational reliability. We ensure continuity and safety in this area.
ISO 14001:2015 – implementation and certification 06.2026
We are currently implementing the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system, with certification planned for 06.2026. This standard structures the identification of environmental aspects, risk assessment, objectives, and compliance monitoring. As a result, our pro-ecological actions form a coherent system rather than isolated initiatives. ISO 14001 enhances auditability and transparency, making it easier for B2B clients to evaluate us as a supplier. In practice, this translates into clear procedures and continuous improvement. It is a significant systemic step forward.
